Incredibly unresponsive to our issues, they would send their son to deal with issues where it doesn't say anywhere on our contract we deal with associates of the landlord. They also came and tried to threaten us with fines because our house was slightly dirty i.e. not in any way a health hazard or a hazard to the property.
